Which are lifetime medicines for heart .i had angioplasty 10 months ago. I m taking clopitab, prolomet, ecosprin, tonact. But wat about future.which 1 will my doctor say to continue.

After angioplasty, two blood thinning drugs are given usually for a year, depending on your clinical profile and type of stent used. After 1 year, one of these two drugs aspirin or clopidogrel can usually be stopped. Beta blockers and Statin (prolomet and tonact in ur case) to be Continued indefinitely .
