I am 3 month pregnant and since yesterday suffering from cold and fever what medicines I can take for this

Take tab crocin 500 mg as and when needed if you hv fever upto three times a day.. Tab cetrizine 5mg at bedtime for cold once fir 3 days. Hv steam inhalation 3times daily..
