Hi, Appreciate about your awareness regarding risk of spread of infection post massive rainfall. There is recent guidelines issued to prevent leptospirosis in which if there are no cuts or wounds in leg (low risk exposure) then you may take Tab Doxycycline 200mg single dose. In pregnancy Azithromycin 500mg single dose should be taken.
