Medicine/ cream for hyper pigmentation

I know we need a live consultation to analyze my skin condition, as a protection and just not to get affected more, is there any temporary cream or medicine to stop getting black when I go 5mins in sunlight? Even though I wear sunscreen, I get tan and look so hyperpigmented. Any way to stop my skin tan and hyperpigmentation?
