Sir,
Was becozinc multivitamin tablet good for immunity and fitness was any side effects are there.. please suggest any other alternative brand , if this medichine not available in store.

You are too young, if there is any deficiency that can be easily fulfilled with the help of natural food intake in proper way. This medicine doesn’t have a side effect of you have a deficiency better to check it properly first And than start any medication.

It's a multivitaminin which you can take but don't take if you don't have any deficiency.
Try to boost immunity by natural foods like yellow orange fruits and vegetables (Papaya / Orange / Muskmelon/ Pomegranate / Pineapple ) include Citrus fruits.
Have good proteins and healthy fats to manage your vitamin and Zinc requirements.
