I'm taking the tablets as attached in my prescription for a day now. Nose congestion and mucus congestion has improved, however I have a persistent head ache in my forehead, upper nose areas and whenever I cough, I get a sharp pain in my Center head radiating from my back neck. Feel like lot of watery sinus pressure inside my head. What medication should I add to this list to get it cured? I'm not able to lift my head so easily Please advise doctors
