Kindly suggest medication for migraine/tension headache c/o nausea. Paracetamol 650mg is not giving any relief.

Like not all cough is cancer, not all headaches are migraine. Detail evaluation of symptoms with duration, nature of headache, associated symptoms etc is needed if its not responsive to routine medications like dolo 650.

Consult neurophysician, requires your detailed history and symptoms, as pain killers only reduce pain , but migraine can be  treated with complete course of medications
