I yesterday ended my home isolation of 10 days for covid and currently not on any medication. So what medicines i should take that helps me in speedy recovery? Because currently I'm experiencing headaches quite frequently.

Well head aches and body pain are usually common following the covid 19 . Mild analgesic will be enough. But if the symptoms persist, then we may require further evaluation. Consult in person if needed.
