I m working in a bank. Facing gynecological issue from 3 year. But no positive result has been obtain till now. I want to take leave and take my tratment properly so that i can i will be mentally and physically healthy. But bank is asking for medical certificate.can any one help me or not?

Why will anybody issue a medical certificate without even seeing you personally and if it is not needed .. it is totally against the laws
