Hello doctor, I am looking for Medical certificate and radiologist certificate in the formal of south africa republic. I have a format attached. Cam anyone who is eligible for it MBBS and above who can give certification with nominal charges. I am residing in Bareilly city in UP. Can anyone help or suggest. Thanks

Dear patient, for any medical certificate to be issued a detailed Physical examination and sometimes lab findings and imagings are required if you are requesting for a medical fitness certificate or so. Anyhow, patient's physical presence is mandatory for issuing medical certificate. So kindly find out a nearby doctor and do consult directly.
