When I am in first trimester baby was aborted with medical abortion it will have any side effects??? because my hair is falling like horrible it this because of that ?? Can any one suggest??

There are chances of similar kind of side effects. Hair fall can occur since there is change in hormone levels. However this should not last for long. But i would advice you to take tab zincovit 1 tab daily as it contains zinc which improves hair growth as well. Also use tri rise hair serum 3 times a week. Follow the instructions in the package
