Mam I took Ru486 pills on 12th May and same day at night I had heavy bleeding now it's 13May I am feeling good now no pain and cramps and bleeding is less than yesterday's night . I am 2 weeks pregnant mam. Will I feel the cramps and pain again .The pain was sevear last night and I could not sleep but not it's gone feeling better . Please suggest me some medicine in case heavy flow continues please suggest me medicine to reduce the heavy flow . After how many days will I be normal.

For abdominal pain and cramps you can take tab meftal spas or tab drotin. RU 486 must be followed by misprostol for complete abortion. If abortion is complete it takes 3/4days- 1 wk to be normal. But if there is excessive blood loss u might continue to feel weakness and need medication (iron).
