I had took mifeprostone 2 days back. And yesterday i took 4 tablets of misoprostol. 2 first and 2 ,half an hour later(All under doctor's prescription). There was very slight spotting within the first hour. But after that its been over 18 hours and i haven't started bleeding. I dont understand why. Please help.

Medical abortion has a good success rate of about 85-90%. But still, in 10-15%, it may fail leading to incomplete abortion or no bleeding at all. Wait for 2 more days. If you don't get any bleeding, you will need MTP under anaesthesia
