Hello doctors , kindly help me please,i've a question it actually give me sleepless nights because of worry. I on medication for mediastinal lymph node tb (detected by ebus fnac report and genexpert) for 5 months but still having dry cough 30 times in a whole day. I had done my first cect on May and 2nd CECT on august but even after medicine from june node size was same in august. That time I had lots of cough fever weight loss everything but now everything resolved only cough is there. I'm in fear if from August ugust to now November have not done any CECT scan, so my question is,can any new malignancy mass occurred within this span of 3 months time that's why my cough is not resolving fully? Though i'm gaining 8 kg with this 3 months. Please ans me doctor.
