What you are wanting is not only unethical but also a criminal act! The Medical Leave is not like a Casual Leave or an Earned Leave which you are entitled to! It is a provisioning in the law for unforseen circumstances! People have lost their jobs for submitting false medical certificates and doctors are liable to lose their medical registration for issuing the same in lieu of money!
