My doctor prescribed me Mecosim plus (1-0-0) and Enerzycal (0-1-0) for 100 days. For feeling tired most of the time. Is it safe to use it over long period of time ?

Please do COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT to evaluate anaemia. Mecosim plus prescribed mainly for vitamin  B12 deficiency. So you have to do blood for vit B 12.
