What should be the hc at 3n half months as per Indian babies... what can I do to increase... she is at 15% her hc is 39cms weight n height are normal

At 3.5 months, HC is still fine. If baby is having normal developmental milestones, what you have to do is, just keep a check on her head circumference every 2 weeks. And note in down with date of checking. Need not worry.
