My son suddenly got small small dots like rashes on his Thai, chest,belly and back den it's spread all over d body...elders telling its measles but we r not sure..no fever no cold only spots which comes light shade to reddish...today is 4th day ..n he got small dots on face today ...he ready had his vaccine before for measles..is it possible to get it ?2 days before d rashes he got fouls smelled watery poop which is fine by giving enterogermania...plz suggest what is d cause...he is active and having his food properly..do I need to go doctor
