What is this meaning of this? 1-1 (after food) 1-0-1 (after food) I mean when both should be taken ?

Both are same, theres diff way to write the prescriptions for docs. In both cases you have to take medication after food, one after your breakfast and one after your dinner. 1-0-1 means no medicine at lunch time.
