I've been having headaches more than usual recently. I've also been having back pain and really painful stomach aches. Yesterday it hurt so bad it felt like a stabbing pain in my uterus. I've also been having diarrhea for the past 3 days as well as feeling like I don't want to eat but when I do eat i feel sick. I'm on birth control and since I've started it my periods aren't regular so it's hard to know if I missed a period or not.

If ur periods are not regular on birth control..then either u r not conpliant or its not suiting u.. Failure of cobtraception s documented with birth control also..so do a urine pregnancy test too..
