My Hba1c test result is 5.53 Mean plasma glucose 120 2hrs after lunch Random sugar 112 Bmi 20.6, Height 5.3 weight 53.8. I feel hunger fastly, what can i do? Suggest Mam/Sir some diet rules to reverse?
