May I change the type of insuli because it is not giving proper result. So fbs remain more than 230 and pp remain more than 350

Hi.. noted sugars are high...
if you are on already on oral anti diabetic medicines and twice daily insulin.. its better to change to regular insulin morning and afternoon, and premixed insulin (mixtard) at predinner GRBS..
