My son is 4 months old, he not passing poop for 9 days and passing gases regularly (1/2-hour once) but he is active.. Only breastfeed and we gave honey last week.. i read about honey and stop giving it to him from last two days. Is there any remedy for passing the poop?

At 4 month please don't give honey .Exclusive breast feed till 6 month .For stool if it's almost 9 completed days and child is bit irritable please give glycerine suppository from below. As tight stool might cause injury of anal margin which might complicate things further
