I am having periods for 21 days from last 2 times. This has happen after skipping 1 cycle in September.

Do a pregnancy test. If negative do TSH, prolactin and sonography and see a gynaecologist

Have you done pregnancy test after missing periods? If negative, occasionally it can be irregular due to stress . If persists do investigations like TSH,PRL and pelvic Sonography.
