Partner is pregnant we are not do intercourse in last 4 months. Last few days I preligged I night fall it happened three to four days in a week but when I do masturbation twice in a week I never preligged night fall so masturbation twice in or once in week is harmful for body

It is not suggested to any one for Mastrubation ,but if any one do Mastrubation neither it harmful nor beneficial ,only for complition of  imaginary  sexual desire which may leads in addiction
