I have been seriously  addicted to masturbation since 4 years . And my urges to masturbate is increasing time after time . Due to masturbation or fap my immune system is damaging.and the strength of my body is reducing I want to leave this habbit but I can't how can I leave this iam a 17 years old teenage guy
