M getting kind of addicted to mastrubation . Does atleast 2 times a day. But i lasts only 40-60 seconds. During sex i lasts around 10 mins. M not sure is it sufficient or not.. Does excessive mastrubation affect time in bed? I visited a nerve ved. He told that m having धात problem... What is it? And how i can cure it?? Plz help. M getting married in a year or 2 so need to cure before that.

ur timing is good in sex, its not dhat problem.u can decrease frequency of mastubation by simple measurements if u think that u r overmastubating,
