Mastitis pain from engorged breast

From last 8-9 days, my left breast has been engorged.. yesterday thick creamy yellow discharge came out... however from today onwards nothing is coming out . It pains a lot, i have a constant fever also, and whenever I try to express it- it pains me a lot and my heart rate fluctuates because of pain and i start shivering. I am on antibiotics currently and have been asked for Ultrasound. Please advise.
