I am 19 years old and i am masterbating for five years but now i masterbate daily . And now i feel pain in my back and i cant walk more in short everything is Disturbed . Now i swear to God that i will neve masterbate . Butt how can i recover my power , energy which i losed in masterbation. Please doctor help me

Masturbation does not cause weakness. There is no permanent loss of energy on masturbation. However, if done very frequently it can risk you for sexual problem in future. Pornography use, which is also very frequently used while masturbating is also not healthy.
