Do you have any fever if no then it must be due to fatigue. Drink plenty of water . Take tablet acecloplus  twice daily after food. Also take nutrient. Supplements like tab calcimax at night and cap becosules in morning for 2 weeks. You will feel much better over time . Also do not skip meals and get  plenty of sleep.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days. It should being the pain down. Also suggest you to start taking a B-complex supplement like tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
