Hello, you and your wife should undergo thorough examination and investigation to know the cause of infertility,.Low sperm count could also be the cause of infertility.,semen analysis has to be done . Pcos is the common cause for infertility so ultrasound of ovaries is required to comment on fertility. If your wife has no problem give your semen sample to test after a week of abstinence.
