Markings on chest

I have got chest X-ray done it shows 1.billateral prominent pulmonary markings 2.hilar shadows normal 3.costophrenic angles clear 4.cardio thoraic angles normal What does this mean what shud I do

Chest X ray has to be co related with the clinical symptoms. Visit a pulmonologist with the chest x ray if you are having breathing problems, cough, fever, etc.
