Marginal osteophytes and reduced disc space are signs of degeneration with age. There is no specific diet for this. Regular physiotherapy will help slow down the process of degeneration. Also
calcium can be taken if deficiency is there. Rest consult an orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination to rule out any other cause before starting physiotherapy.
