Hi doctor, my husband is just diagnosed for marginal keratitis, with no other symptoms, but he told that is autoimmune disease, worried about this keratitis, because he is very young for this disease ... is there is any precautions which we Have to take care of... please give me the proper guidence...

If it is not progressive ,you should not worry ,have a watch on it ,if it is is increasing in size you should consult higher institution

Hello .Marginal keratitis is of two Main types A. Herpetic origin....Very painful... Treatment may be needed for long period B. Staphylococcus : can be easily treated with steroid eyedrop... along with maintaining lid hygiene...Nothing to worry There is nothing to worry..It's quite common
