After my first sexual intercourse and got bleeding and after that day there is a spotting in clotted form for 4 days, I have no pain or itching is it harmful

Dear Practo User, There is possibility of little bit of injury which is not uncommon after first intercourse as hymen is broken. Don't ignore it , visit a Gynaecologist so that she can see and advise because if it occurs repeatedly , it will cause pain .

Use of lubricants is advisable to avoid repeat injury.
