My penis foreskin is unable to retract itself when erected. Is that a big concern? And i'm also concerning about the cleanliness issue. P.S: I'm 23 years old boy

From the complaints which have mentioned it looks like you are suffering from phimosis. Avoid forceful retraction of prepuce Treatment for phimosis is required if it is severe and hampering with your sexual activity and creating urinary problems Circumcisions is treatment for phimosis
