Hello I'm 33 yr old healthy male , i don't smoke or drink alcohol. I have been trying for child from past 1 yr but unfortunately no luck. I recently did semen analysis as well and reports are normal. I consulted urologist and he suggested for ultrasound doppler scrotum scan and attached is the result. He said i have bilateral vermicoele. May i know it's this a serious issue. Is it because of this im not having any baby. Can this be treated. How long will it take to cure.
