Male Fertility problem - Vericocele

Hi, I have diagnosed for Grade 2 Vericocele and having Low Sperm Count and low active motility. Urologist suggested to go for IVF/ICSI treatment for fertility as surgery won't have much success rates on curing Vericocele. Anyone please suggest if there is any other way to improve sperm/motility?
