Hello ! I am having a sexual problem. I strated to only ejaculate once during an intercourse, unlike the last month and months before when I could ejaculate up to 3 times and erect mostly any time i want. It is the 3rd time with no idea what the cause can be! My penis can not erect for a second time after the first ejaculation. In fact, I used to take some medicines for depression and lack of sleep but I cut them off in months ago and I do smoke but only 5 cigarettes a day as average.
