if they are dark coloured then you can use a glycolic based cream but no cream can remove a scar. You will have to go for some resurfacing procedure

First of all there is no easy solution for treating any type of scar mark. Fractional laser is one of the best options to improve the appearance of the scar and to merge it into surrounding skin.
