M28 recurrent uti since 2 months
M28 hvng recurrent UTI since 2 mnths. Startd wth severe pain btwn penis & anus which got better wth medicines but urine tests r +ve for uti since thn had 2 ultrasounds and 1 urine culture tests recently were negative for uti/stones. Urine is cloudy and dark till now. Occasional pain betn penis and anus includes anus smtms, occasional mild pain in lower back left upper back and radiating to legs.
It seems that your uti has resolved at present as culture is negative..and also ultrasound is normal...I would suggest you to have plenty of fluids throughout the day to maintain urine output about 2litres...drink water enough till urine is clear....now don't repeat urine culture or any tests till you are very symptomatic...
