I have multiple lypoma all small size some are visible Is it OK if I remove those. Whether it will reoccur. Which is the best doc for lypoma sergery

Please meet me for removal. You are genetically prone to lipomas, but they grow very very slowly. If not removed, it become difficult tomorrow when they grow very big. I do narrow hole extrusion which does not give any ugly scars. Please Meet me at my clinic.
