Hi there...I can understand your concern. Sometimes few bacteria can be resistant to the standard antitubercular drugs given for lymph node tuberculosis. These bacteria won't die even after completion of treatment. They can remain dormant lifelong or sometimes when body immunity is low, they can cause reinfection. There's nothing much that can be done to prevent reinfection. Just maintain good hygiene and follow the instructions your doctor gives regarding treatment.
