Lymphocytes make up between 18% and 42% of circulating white blood cells. If there is any infection present then lymphocyte count get fluctuate.

If lymphocytes are 25 to 35 % of your total white cell count, there is nothing to worry provided the total count itself is not above 12000 in absence of any clinical problem.
