My CBC test showing lymphocytes 48., I have cold last week, taking azithral.. CBC below is attached , is anything to worry ?

Its slightly on the higher side Mild infection is there.. If supmtoms does not subside with azithral.. Antibiotics needs to be changes after proper evaluation.
