I am on ATT treatment since 4 month ,I was diagnosed with pulmonary tb at the time of diagnosis lymphnode tb not occur but after 1.5 month of treatment cervical lymphnode tuberculosis diagnosis,after this my lymphnodes continuously increasing .till date doctor say my x ray is improving completely radiological improvement occure but why lymphnode tb not improving??? And i drain 3 ml pus from it today .. What can I do ???what happening is there??

Hi Need some history regarding any other medication you are taking and send pus for c/s, CBNAAT , liquid culture and DST.

Lymph nodes tb is chronic. Pl continue Att and send for culture and sensitivity for drugs. Pl increase your immunity. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
