Pl continue the Att.pl drain the pus.send the pus for culture and sensitivity for drugs. Biopsy will also clinch the diagnosis. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.

Better to do lymph node biopsy and send for Histopathology examination. It's a Gold standard test for tb diagnosis.

If you drain entire pus it won't form any sinus If already ruptured then it will take time for healing. You can wait till the reports come In between continue ATT. If reports are inconclusive then you can go for excision biopsy
