I have tested positive for chlamydial infection(igm antibodiez and igg) Is there any chance that this causes lymphnode swelling in armpit?? (only 1 lump)

Yes, it can present with lymphadenopathy.

You must already be taking antibiotics prescribed by your primary physician, continue the same. The lymph node swelling will most probably reduce within in a week.
