What does lymphandenopathy means?my fnac report says reactive lymph nodes(lymphadenopathy)will it heal on it's own or any treatment required?

Lymphadenopathy means pathology of Lymph nodes. Meaning disease affected lymph nodes. Reactive lymph nodes means Infection as cause. If primary Infection is controlled then these also settle down. Nothing to wory.
