  4. Lymphadenopathy. Or it's physiological?

My son who is 2.3 years old and 10 kg have post occipital palpable lymph nodes swelling since 3 months...but no history of fever, cough, cold etc. or visible systemic infection...is it a matter of concern or it's physiological ?? Pls suggest me

2.3 years old sometimes the lymphoid growth is normal , if not other relevant history is present No worries
